Didn’t know it tell we got there, but the first Lincoln-Douglas debate was held in the town square of Ottawa. Very well presented and worth the stop.

Very Historic

History Today and Yeterday
You almost can go back in time. You can feel the presence of Lincoln and Douglas having their first debate. See the mural of them both not just the statues
