" New Brewing Company With Nice Building "
I visited the Wake Brewing facility a few weeks ago. Wake has only been open a few months and are building their popularity. Wake has brewed up several very different types of beers.The interior of the building is very clean, simple, functional, modest. They have a very nice outside patio area also.Their IPA beers were good. The Shook One's was very good. Wake also has different Punk and Individual music bands and performers from the 70's & 80's, which play there. Definitely Wake Brewing is for a younger crowd.

2nd time is a charm!
Wake has some of the best craft beers in the area. My first experience wasn’t the best because of the rude service but this trip was a pleasant one. Craft Beer A+...the Midlife Crisis IPA was excellent. The bartender Emily was extremely nice and attentive. Highly recommend for great craft beer.

Good brew but rude attitude
Spent the day bar hopping and trying new places. This was our second stop. It’s kind of a cool modern location. I normally prefer a more cozy environment but it was nice nonetheless. Very busy. Brew was very good. It would have been a great experience if it wasn’t for the RUDE bartender. What’s with the attitude? I don’t get it. Does modern location come with a modern attitude? Do you not want tips? Anyway I did tip regardless because I have a conscience but he really didn’t deserve it. Would I come here again? Maybe to get a package to go but I wouldn’t come here to spend an afternoon.
