Not really challenging
I find the orange and the blue course to be flat and just golf. The greens are challenging, but really central Illinois has much better courses to play. If your not a very experienced player you may like this course due to the lack of hazards and flat lay out.

Poor
A university which doesn't want to invest much, or at all, and a private operator with limited capabilities don't make much of a flowering experience. The two courses, Orange an Blue, are rather unexciting and unattractive regarding landscaping, the "clubhouse" is old, the parking lot is gravel. You won't find your balls in the Fall since fallen leaves aren't removed. Give it a miss, much nicer opportunities around.
