Kayaking on the Rock River

A group of us went kayaking on the Rock River on August 22. We made our reservation a few days prior as there were 6 of us. We rented 2 person kayaks as well as 1 person kayaks. TJ's was easy to find and the whole process went smoothly. They give you a map so you know exactly where to get out of the river. They were there waiting for us when we arrived and transported us back to the starting location. The river was very shallow and there was almost no current so our 2 hour trip was plenty. They also offer a 4 hour trip. It was $45 to rent the 2 person kayak.
