An impressive conference center!
In my career as a training seminar facilitator and public speaker, I’ve had the opportunity to ply my trade all over the United States at conference facilities ranging from sprawling publically-owned convention centers to cramped meeting rooms in small hotels. The Stonegate Conference and Banquet Center is one of the better conference centers I’ve experienced. It is a huge facility with a large parking lot. Both the building entrance and lobby make quite a first impression. I spent a day here leading a training program and was quite pleased. The meeting room was set up per our specifications. The conference center was well-staffed; the staff was efficient without be overly obtrusive. Catering for our breaks was well organized and was of top quality. The only issue I had was the temperature in my meeting room (the Marble Room). There are numerous windows in this particular room, which would normally be desirable. However, it was over 100 degrees outside this day, so even with the shades drawn the windows provided inadequate insulation. As a result, even with the addition of portable AC units, they couldn’t keep the room cool. It was uncomfortable, but still bearable. Despite that, I would have no problem coming back and using this conference center again in the future.

Birthday celebration
Very elegant rooms set for banquets. The food was spectacular, the chef was called over and applauded for the filet and accompanying food that was served. I would highly recommend considering Stonegate for any special occasion.
