Very nice walking path, flowers, and a great bridge to see the turtles in the water. Nice trees, and beautiful in the fall

Flowers and Butterflies Abundant
This was a nice side trip from the Mississippi River - only about 5 minutes from the Lewis and Clark site and confluence tower. We were pleased at how many things were flowering, and how many butterflies were fluttering about. There was a walking path that is about 25-30 minutes to finish, or longer, as there are plenty of benches to relax and enjoy the nature around you. Would like to return next spring!

Very relaxing and enjoyable
Our daughter goes to school at SIUE and we never had the opportunity to walk the path last year. This year, we made a point to check that off of our list. It is lovely. We really enjoyed the bridge and all of the flowers the most. We saw several turtles while walking over the bridge. It was fun.
