A decent place for bowling with family and friends.
PROS: located right beside Cherryvale Mall; free and abundant parking; decent food (although the wait time can be very long- 20 minutes for a large pizza!); average to older condition of equipment, monitors, shoes; clean locker rooms and bathrooms. CONS: older equipment ; very long wait time for food (see above).

it's a bowling alley,
The other reviews seem quite old, I don't know if this place made any changes since the last reviews or not. We were in Rockford visiting family, had a group of 12-15 bowlers-adults and children- we used 4 lanes. It was $2/game. You can't really beat that price. The place looks like every other bowling alley I have ever been to. There were nice tv monitors for screens and extra tvs. There were computerized scoring, although it seemed like the girl at the register did more than we expected. She put everyone's names in, if we had to make a score correction it required going to the desk. Most other places just let the players have that control. That was the only aspect that was 'different' from other places I have been. It was quite busy and only one gal working the desk so there were short waits getting shoes and paying for games, and corrections but she was pleasant. Plenty of choices with spare balls and shoes were typical rentals. We didn't eat or drink on site so I can't speak to the food service, although it was available.

Smoky and dirty
I don't like to bowl here or meet friends for the Friday night bands in the bar. There are much better places with better atmosphere
