Nice time
Since 2005, the Chicago Bandits have been members of the National Pro Fastpitch (NPF) league. Located in Rosemont, the Bandits provide an opportunity for female fastpitch players to further their careers at a professional level, and the roster has included such names as Jennie Finch, Stacy May-Johnson, Monica Abbott and Tammy Williams. The two-time NPF Champions, who are owned by Bill Sokolis, play at The Ballpark at Rosemont, the only stadium in the country built for a women's professional team. The 2015 season will be the Bandits 11th season in the NPF.

GREAT SIGHTLINES
It is the first stadium in the USA built specifically for a women's professional sports team. It is the home of the National Professional Fastpitch defending champion Chicago Bandits. The only negatives are the view from the bleachers from about 7:00pm to 7:45pm until the sun dips below the stadium wall, and sometimes planes flying into O'Hare airport fly directly overhead. Watching the best women softball players in the world in this great facility is a pleasure. The concession stand prices are very affordable. A family of four can get filled up on less than $70.00. They also have amateur softball tournaments of both college and high school teams. i'm a season ticket holder and have been at the park over 120 times in the past 5 years. I've never been disappointed yet.

Bandits game
My daughter's softball team played an exhibition game here in the morning. Then, we went to the Bandits game that afternoon. It is a fantastic softball facility. The girls got to go out between innings and play tug-of-war against another softball team. They loved the whole day. It is a great experience for young softball players and their family.
