It was amazing

It was a good trail, cheap price for the amount of time you got, and nice people and horsesMy horses name was Faith and I don’t think I had any issues whatsoever my sister had Gracee and sometimes she would decided to make her own trail but that was the only sorta bad thing.

    AMAZING HORSEBACK RIDING EXPERIENCE
    If you are in the Peoria/Pekin area and looking for a great adventure, please stop at Rockin P stables! very friendly staff, well cared for horses, beautiful forest preserves to trail ride thru creeks, uphill , downhill, you name it--we opted for the trot experience since we are experienced riders and next time we will try their gaited experience. They have a variety of horses for whatever your skill level is. Prices range from $25 for a beginner trail ride to $48 for a gaited experience. Our Trot experience was $36 each and we were actually out for an hour and a half with the horses.We rode Diego and Scout and wow were they great! Anna was our guide and was wonderful. If you have issues with getting up into the saddle they have you board from a platform. Great experience all around. I highly recommend this place. They are open Thursday thru Sunday. 250 pound weight limit is strictly enforced.

    Great Place. Great Program.
    Went to the Rockin' P with a Boy Scout troop to work through the horsemanship merit badge. Most stables won't touch this die to the time involved, or if they will, you can't afford in on a scout troop budget. But Rockin' will, and do a great job. Plenty of instruction, and hands-on with the horses. The guys had a great time.
