Theology on Tap

This micro brewery hands down has great beers. You can bring in your own food or go when they have a food truck serving. Prices are great and the staff is always friendly. The owners do it right.

Wonderful spot to try some locally brewed beers!
We were in Hannibal for the weekend and we love to visit local breweries so headed to Quincy to checkout Quincy Brewing Co. They've been open just 1 year. It's right on Main St. with plenty of free street parking out front. They've done a fabulous job rehabbing the 3 buildings that make up the brewery and tasting rooms, keeping the tall tin ceilings, original wood & tile floors and they've created a small bier-garden in back. In fair weather they open the front & back walls that are garage doors (keeps the air flowing which is healthier during this time of Covid). Brewery takes safety precautions seriously; rustic heavy wooden tables are well spaced out (but metal chairs are not very comfortable if you lean back in them), staff wear masks and a Plexiglas partition is between customer & employee at the pay station. They don't have a bar sit at to enjoy a beer; instead you order and pay at their bar then take to your table; they don't offer table service. They have a great variety/selection of beers including my fav - a Berliner Weiss (Blueberry)! We shared a flight of 4 delish beers then each ordered a pint. The staff was friendly and helpful and well informed about their beers. They don't serve food but you are welcome to bring your own (we brought dinner from Chicks on the River). They support their local community by selling popcorn from company down the street and have menus to order food from local restaurants. They have lots of table games and their bathrooms are clean. We'll definitely return when back in the area.
