Be sure to stop in the visitors center
So glad we stopped in the visitor center when we first arrived in town. She was very helpful and friendly. She gave many suggestions on restaurants and activities to do, as well as some history tidbits.

Always a good stop
We have been here a number of times for their Eastern National stamp, and now the stamp for the I & M Canal passport book. They always have a very pleasant person manning this visitor center, with lots of good recommendations about the touring and restaurants. Cute gift shop too. If you are in Ottawa, stop in:-)
