Very warm and friendly staff with lots of good advice on the area. Big gift shop with some sale bargains to be had.

nice houses of famous author
nice houses @ oak park very expensive and luxorious...take a tour an enjoy in splendid arhitecture.native american.organic.and arts and crafts in one...be one of this ambient..and take photo on this nice destination near blue line...one day in paradize..taste of milionaries..

Take the Red Line to Harlem and you will be right in the middle of beautiful Oak Park, Chicago! It takes some 40 minutes from downtown Chicago, an easy ride with the subway. Start your visit to Oak Park at the visitors center at Ontario Street/Forest Avenue. They will tell you where to go and what to see. Don't miss the stunning houses designed by Frank Lloyd Wright along Forest Avenue!
