A great little park by the river

We go here a few times a week all summer. Has a nice short distance Frisbee golf course. Never have any problems with hooligans. There are mosquitoes a plenty at sunset and poison ivy along the North and South side of the park. The park sits on the Hennapin Canal. There is a bike/ walking path that runs from the park to RT 30. We walk it often after some Frisbee golf.

    Family reunion park.
    My family holds most of our family reunions here. We began coming here about twenty years ago for our Jaquet reunion. Now we will be holding our 81st reunion here in late August. There is a large disc golf course as well as playground equipment and a basketball court. My son's teeball team practiced here 15 years ago. The local teeball teams still enjoy using the park.

    Nims Park, my revue .
    It is an excellent family neighborhood park. They have a bathroom and a large shelter with plenty of tables and playground equipment that is in good condition . There is a concrete basketball full court and a Frisbee golf course of 18 holes. There is even a body of water along side the park that can be fished in. We have had many family reunion events at this park.
