We have utilized the batting cages on many occasions

We came to the Mountain View Adventure Center when my grandson was playing in Little League. Besides the miniature golf and the skateboard park, they also offer batting cages. There are actually 6 different batting cages: Cage 1 • Medium Baseball 45–55 m.p.h.; Cage 2 • Slow Baseball: 25–30 m.p.h. or Medium Softball: 50 m.p.h.; Cage 3 • Slow Baseball 25–30 m.p.h.; Cage 4 • Fast Baseball 55–60 m.p.h.; Cage 5 • Very Fast Baseball 70–80 m.p.h. or Hi-Arc Softball; Cage 6 • Slow Softball 35–40 m.p.h. You buy the tokens at the ticket office for the batting cages. Each token will get you 16 pitches. You can save money if you buy more tokens, i.e. 6 tokens for $5; 13 tokens for $10; 28 tokens for $20. They also have various sized bats and helmets. We found the batting cages to be a great learning experiences for honing those batting skills and just to have some fun.

    Mini Golf and More
Visited this location a few times in order to play their 18 hole miniature golf course. The most recent visit was last month, when my 8-year-old wanted revisit the place. It costs $10 per game for an adult and $9 per game for kids (17 and under). A little pricier than most other places in the area but not by very much. They do offer a $5 per game discount if you play a second round on the same day, though. The course has an old mining town theme to it, so there's various rock formations, bridges, streams, and waterfalls. They also have some other old-time stuff to lend to the atmosphere. Holes tend to be well maintained. Plenty of variety to how each hole is designed and set-up. Different types of obstacles, which helps keep the game interesting as you playing through the course. Adventure Center also has batting cages, a skate park, and even a concession area if you're looking for more than mini-golf. We didn't do the other stuff during our visit(s), but they're nice additional options for those who want them.

Exciting and fun mini golf course
Been here several times when living in the area. Stopped in and had to play while returning to the area for a vacation. 18 holes of mini golf that is very exciting, fun and can be a challenge with the water holes, rocks and bridges you must play thru. All makes for a fun outing with the family, a date , groups or friends, all ages. It is a scenic course with stairs winding around cave like areas with water, some flat land and curved holes. They have a concession area where you pay to get in. They also had a mini skateboard park area. Very reasonably priced , gives resident discounts. Very friendly staff. Has seasonal hours starting in April thru August, may be open later months, check the website or call.
