Incredible Natural Museum
This museum has an extraordinary variety of preserved wildlife in natural settings. On par with the Museum of Natural History in Chicago, in quality if not the quantity of animals. Some interactive and hands-on displays for younger visitors. Its a walk through a land of wildlife that is hard to beat.

Sweet little afternoon visit
This little museum is filled with all kinds of animals, perfect for young children. There is a climbing area downstairs that the little ones just love. Perfect for the preschool set. Have your camera ready as your kids walk toward the elephant on the main floor, there is a surprise when they get close. You van spemd a day in Sycamore with a few hours at the museum followed by a walk downtown and lunch at one of the many family friendly restaurants or maybe a matinee at the local theater across the street.
