Our first football game in Illinois was here against Rutgers. (The game after Rutgers went to 9OT's.) We were in the first row of the endzone, and it was so much fun. We got there a little bit after the game started. We had perfect view of the whole field. The jumbotron was directly behind us, and we were able to see everything. If you get there before the game, the trombones perform in the stairway. The lines were never too long to grab food and drinks.

Good field for graduation
The University of Illinois graduation for 13,000 graduates was help here and was just the right size. There are very few covered areas so make sure you have sun protection, hats, and hydration.

Cool old stadium. Home to the Fighting Illini and one time Chicago Bears. The seats get smaller as I get older.
