Horrible Experience
Used this bus company for a 4-day planned tour of Chicago area for 40 people. Day 2, bus arrived 40 minutes late. Day 4, bus arrived 2 hrs late. Both days had their planned schedules thrown off ruining timed stops and activities. Just a horrible experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Stay clear of M&M Limos
We had confirmed pick up at O’Hare for 24 people; They were supposed to be there by 5:15 PM; gave us run around and never showed. We had to get a Wisconsin Coach Lines ride since we were left stranded. We were repeat customers and they didn’t care at all
