Hike of a lifetime

For a friends bachelorette party 8 of us hiked the Little Grand Canyon. There was a major thunderstorm the night before we hiked the trail. The rocks were slick but with trekking poles it was easier than anticipated with the rain. There are steps carved into the canyon where you climb up and down and this helped a lot. This has to be one of my favorite hikes I’ve ever done. The views were so beautiful. I would not bring children or dogs on the trail it would be too difficult. Also, be prepared to get wet. There were spots where the water was ankle to shin deep and we had to cross it. This is an amazing trail, just be safe and know your abilities/limits.

    Nice experience
Little Grand Canyon Trail was a nice experience! Got to climb down into the canyon and pretty much walk in the creek bed! Was really cool! Only thing I would warn against (and maybe it was because of the time of the year) but saw a copperhead snake high on the trail and 2 cottonmouths in a stream. Don't like snakes but didn't ruin our time. Just keep your eyes peeled and you'll be fine.

    Great hike
Was a great hike, steep hill, 3 mi trail, slippery rock, rocky terrain, strong shoes okay to get wet needed, but is a beautiful site and hike. Fun for kids, there are a couple natural slides that are safe. The full hike is 2.5 hrs with a moderate pace. Lots of fun
