Loved it, but A little disappointed
This was our first time here. I brought my two kids - 15months, & 4years old on a Friday morning. We are up at 6am at our house, so I liked the fact that this place opened early at 9am. We have nap time around 11am, so I wanted to get there right when they opened to get a least a good two hours in. Well, after getting both kids out of the car, and diaper bag pa led, it was 9:10am and the doors were locked. I tried calling, and we waited for a few minutes, but nothing. So, here I go packing up the kids again. I see a women pull up with her two kids and she can’t get in either. I was about to run over to let her know that it looked like they weren’t open today, when an employee came to the door. Okay... so now I have to lug kids out of the car AGAIN. I asked the young lady if they hours were listed incorrectly, & she just said No- they just opened a few minutes late today. Well, a few minutes late, was about 20 minutes. She didn’t apologize or anything. Also, while we were there- she kept running to the back somewhere & anytime another customer walked in, the front desk was vacant. Maybe a two person gig??? I’m so Sorry for the rant. I just hate when places/people aren’t professional. It’s not like I’m not paying for services. Nevertheless, my daughters loved the place. The ball pit was an instant hit and my older daughter loved the sandbox. My little one didn’t care for the sand too much, but she loved everything else. They loved it so much that I’m sure we will be back- just maybe later in the day when we’re sure they are opened.

A MUST VISIT!
This place is AMAZING. I wish we had discovered it earlier. We certainly would have been back several time. My two year absolutely loved this place. He was so excited he couldn't help but *run* from activity to activity. He favorite was sandbox and dancing; bubble area. I think that hooked for nearly an hour (impressive feat for a toddler mind!). A must-visit if you're in the area with young kids.
