Family Fun on the Water
Took 10 of us to kayak the lake and it was fun for all ages. Lake has rope swings and plenty of room to explore. Took a couple kids back later that week for a 3 hour river kayaking trip - water was low and rapids were minimal. Plenty of places to stop and picnic or explore on the river.

Wonderful staff - great time!
Great experience! Quick and easy online booking and we able to bring our own kayaks. Once there, the staff were attentive, respectful and very helpful. They loaded and unloaded our kayaks for transportation. Once our trip was done, a young staff member, Logan, assisted (without asking) loading our kayaks in our truck. We were impressed by ALL of the staff we encountered. We will be back again! Our only downside was toward the end of our kayak trip, it was difficult to navigate around the mass amount of people in tubes in the river. Also, where we are supposed to exit the water, the general public use that access as a hang-out. Made it difficult to get to the bank and pull our kayaks out of the water. That area should be restricted to those who must depart the river with equipment. (this is NOT at all the fault of Kickapoo Adventures)

Family Fun!
We love this place! The staff are super helpful and so friendly. We took our 4 year old there for a trip on the water and she loved it! As parents we were a little worried, but the staff went over water safety, showed her how to put her life jacket on properly, and how to safely sit in the canoe. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get outdoors and have some fun with the family.
