Men allowed in ladies restroom but women turned away from men's restroom?!?!?
I have been to this venue many times. This past time I was very disappointed. The price of food and beverages keep going up and the lines for the women's bathrooms are always super long (especially during busy concerts). With that being said about the bathroom issue, I noticed that men are able to go into the women's bathroom, but when women at a later point during the concert tried to use the men's bathroom security was outside letting them know they could not. I am sorry but if men are able to go into the ladies restroom them us ladies should be able to use the much less crowded men's restroom. At least get a bunch of port a potties or something. The situation of bathroom swapping would be resolved and you would not offend some people.

Parking Explained
I was incredibly confused about parking outings at this venue. The amphitheater has its own parking which you can find on their website or through Ticketmaster. Other apps like Stub Hub and Vivid Seats have different names for their parking options. As people have posted here there is costly premier parking with faster entry and exit from shows and believe me it is worth it if you don't want to spend and got it more leaving after the show. The parking options from ticket resellers is across from the amphitheater but quite convenient and the exit speed is faster because you are not in the venue traffic jam. Here is what the amphitheater sent me by email when I asked about the options. I hope this helps everyone like it helped me. The gold and platinum are sold by third party websites, i.e., Stub Hub , Vivid seats, etc. They are both on the east side of the amphitheatre accessible from Ridgeland Avenue by Flossmoor Road. The premier, premium reserved and EZ Out parking are on the west side of the amphitheatre accessible from Oak Park Avenue and 191st.
