Incredible place and information
I loved this wetlands center and the helpful people working there. This place bird observing areas, trails, ponds, creeks, champion trees, and wildlife. You could spend a day or more exploring it all.

Incredible place and information
I loved this wetlands center and the helpful people working there. This place bird observing areas, trails, ponds, creeks, champion trees, and wildlife. You could spend a day or more exploring it all.

Unexpected and Wonderful Hidden Gem
Recommend starting your exploration of the wetlands at the Visitor Center. The wetlands are spread over a wide area and each has a different personality. The ranger was so helpful. She provided us with a great itinerary to explore the area. Highly recommend the Heron Pond trail. It's like walking in a full-size prehistoric diorama. You could make a full day exploring the entire area or just a couple of hours.
