Great service from Gaby from the hotel
Have not stayed at the hotel for awhile but ran into one of the front desk agents Gaby in the parking garage and she remembered me and really made my day. I had just lost a ton of money playing in the casino but she sure knew how to make me smile! Harrahs needs more people like her working for them. Keep her as long as you can and she’ll keep bringing us back!

Dying of thirst
Casino is nice and clean. I especially like the non-smoking right now due to COVID19, although I see some patrons ignoring the non-smoking ban and smoking at the slots. My biggest complaint is you can't get a free drink anymore, not even free beverage service. Now they force me to go into the bar and buy the drink and drink it in the bar. Come on, give me a break. How am I supposed to gamble for 6 hours and interrupt my games to get an expensive drink in the bar?
