Hand of Fate Brewing Company is a small brewery in the historic town of Petersburg at the heart of Central Illinois. We opened the doors to our taproom in 2016 and began outside distribution in 2017. We pride ourselves on creating a wide variety of finely crafted beers to appeal to a wide array of craft beer drinker’s palates. We produce a large variety of core and seasonal beers that can be found in restaurants, bars and retail stores but also many one-off beers that can only be found in our family friendly taproom. Family owned and small town proud, we believe family and community are as important as the beers we craft. Great
Been there many times and this time was no different. It was packed but the host got us a seat and took our immediate beer order as well. Nice selection of beer as always and some very exceptionally good ones this time. We keep going back and enjoy it every time.

Good beer, ok food
Stopped in twice during our stay in the area. Enjoyed some beer flights and got some cans to go. Food was ok, nice to have something on site. It is two different operations for beer/food service. A little crowded for our covid comfort level, so got carry out. Worth a trip!
