Fun place for kids, did a good job with COVID
We stayed for 2 nights during spring break, mid-week and it was great. Not everything was open due to COVID, but the resort did a nice job with what was open. We appreciated the water park occupancy limits and had a fun time. Rooms were clean and the resort appears to have lots of good amenities for when it can fully reopen.

Half day entertainment but with a caution.
We didn't actually stay here, but I wanted to try the water park after our visit to the starved rock previous day. We stayed at holiday inn nearby. This resort looks good and the water park is suitable for small kids and not for teens. My kids had fun and its affordable for 20$ for a couple of hours. That was until we all got hurt on the slide. The wide slide at first thought, seemed like a good idea for everyone to slide with kids including adults but the landing place gets crowded and the rubber floor mats really ripped our knees. It really hurts a lot only the next day. So please avoid the slides if you can, otherwise this is a good place to just spend an afternoon with little kids. Nothing special just some indoor fun. We had stayed at Kalahari resort, that was really good.
