Far exceeded the expectation

My daughter wanted a special birthday after covid killed our plans last year. Well she got her wish. Seven of the immediate family hit the zip lines and finished the day riding the ski life to the restaurant for a scenic dinner. Zak and Dek were great guides on the zip lines, staying professional while playfully reassuring the family chickens how safe they were. Thus, everyone had a great time and vowed to do it again real soon... thanks guys... you rock. Dinner was amazing and two bottles of delicious wine was just the right way to top it all off. AERIE'S RESORT in Grafton is a must stop on any river adventure

    Tour Guides Killed It!!
It was my wife's and brother-in-law's first time ziplineing and for myself the first I have been to Grafton. As I am writing this review, these events have taken place a few days past (sorry Zack and Jose). First off I wanted to give a huge shout out to Brian and Jason for giving us the tour. These two made the event awesome with the mixture of humor, education on safty, and work ethic. My wife who was nervous about zipline was able to get out of her comfort zone and was able to enjoy the afternoon. The entire course is beautiful throughout. We were able to truly enjoy the moment and thanks to Brian and Jason's supervision, it made our trip truly special. I would 100% recommend to anyone to travel out to Grafton IL to Zipline under these two. It is one thing to have Nature be the main event but it is entirly something else to have your guides make it special and these guys shattared expectations. Thanks you two!

    Bucket List item checked off!
So, for my 65th birthday and having lost a bunch of weight - I wanted to celebrate by going zip lining. 2seventy year olds that have ziplined before, me at 65 never zip lined and 3 millennials that never ziplined. What a great time. I researched zip lines in the area and Grafton Zipline seemed to meet the needs / expectations. 7 ziplines, a great course, 2 awesome guides with Jack and Johnnie and a beautiful (if a bit chilly) day. Some ziplines have obstacle courses and ropes and climbing. That’s not the case here. 3 of the 6 of us certainly not physically fit but had no issues here. The ziplines offered variety snd challenge to satisfy all of us. We all agree that we want to go back again we had such a good time. I can highly recommend Grafton Zipline. Very professionally run. Oh - and they have an excellent braking system that does not require you to wear gloves and reach up to slow yourself down - makes a big difference according to my sister who has done this before
