Go Sleigh, Illinois, United States

Short ride, not worth drive
We hopped on sleigh with couple other families and took a few pics and few mins later it was over! If you are in local vicinity and looking to kill 20 mins. for $ 20 pp and jump on a sleigh okay, but if like most, this is a hike and long drive from civilization. We were so pumped to try something novel, however, literally, few minutes ride in the open space, and few minutes at a snails pace weaving through the wooded area. Totally disappointing. This place has SO much potential.... vast snowy covered fields, but they don't run the sleigh through them longer than a few minutes. Just as we got out into the open, everyone thought we would now pick the pace up a bit, but guide took horses right back the same short path we went on into the woods. Really wish they utilized the fields for what they are marketing as a scenic sleigh ride. In summary, go if its Convenient, otherwise skip the long drive and choose a destination for more bang for your buck.
