Very fun, but with a rude staff
Gizmo's is a fun factory for kids with many activities to do, like laser tag, zip lining, games at the arcade . . . There are also go-karts. This place is clean. There is also a bar and restaurant overlooking the place so parents can watch their children. The one problem was the staff. Their staff is very rude. My daughter asked a young girl a question, but the lady did not respond to the question and made a rude sigh. I asked another employee a question, and she said "whatever". At the bumper karts, my son didn't know how to drive the bumper-cars, so he asked the employee how to drive them several times. but the young girl did not even say a word. At the game card redemption counter, the lady was very inefficient, she was not moving real fast. She called another girl to help her, but it didn't help. We ended up spending 30 in the line when there were only a few people in front of us. At the laser tag, the women were speaking like it was the end of the world. The staff looks like they don't want to be working at this place. Their staff is rude and disagreeable. They barely have any nice employees. I don't know if I would come back again.

Fun family afternoon
We got a groupon to go here for the 3 hours. The groupon made it totally worth it, but I cant say I would pay the money without one. We got to do the laser tag, bumper cars, ropes course and go carts one time. The ropes course was by far our favorite! So there was a lot of waiting in lines during the 3 hours we were there. My kids chose to pass on the rock climbing wall. The play area was a lot of fun for the kids and they wanted to play in there for a long time! The arcade was cute too. I do think there should have been more directions for the laser tag. We were never told if we were on teams or even when to start. There were also a bunch of arcade games that could have used a little more direction. We didn't try the food, but maybe next time we would. There were a few run down looking go carts and bumper cars were not all working. Overall, I'm glad we got to spend the afternoon here, but maybe would try to go on a Sunday morning instead of an afternoon because the lines would not be as long.
