Great Shop for Newbies!
Jill the Owner awesome. Most gun shops aren't patient with novices in this sport. Jill is very approachable and makes you feel very comfortable. The establishment is clean and spacious. If you're looking for a place with experienced staff, and superb service, that you won't find in the chains....set Waze to Gat Guns.

Know what you want.
This is a large shop with a lot of selection. As such they seem to be sometimes driven by their factory suppliers/sponsors. I grew up in a gunshop and this is more like a superstore. Which is great for variety but not always impartial advice. They do have some good people and again a lot of variety.
