Interesting shops w/many tasty options!
Two sides of Main St: one shop has hundreds of varieties of hot sauces & spicy items and is the location of Chef Ivo's kitchen. He does the canning of the most wonderful variety of products. The store across the street has lots of jams, jellies, salsas, barbecue sauces etc. So many taste treats..so little time!

Never disappoints
I have been doing business with Chef Ivo for many years! He still is not disappointing! The apple hickory bbq sauce is so good. He has a way with sauces and dips and well just about everything. The gentleman at the front desk was awesome and the person giving out sample was great as well. Highly recommend.

Just eat lunch here.
My girlfriend and I stopped in during a Saturday in Galena, and we had no idea that the entire store was designed for sampling. We basically ate lunch, then forced ourselves to pick one thing to take back with us. (We settled on a bottle of infused olive oil.) The main store is good, but make sure not to miss the hot sauce outpost across the street. More samples. So many hot sauce (and condiment) options!
