Climb away!
My daughter and I recently visited this wonderful establishment. I will state the only negative, and that is the young ladies that handled the transactions. Not very friendly nor personalities. When you walk in you are not greeted by them either. That's all I have to say about that. As for the facility, what an amazing place for active children to be at. I paid two hours for my daughter(9-1/2) and nephew (6-1/2) to climb rock walls, a city scape, blocks, spider web, etc. some of the climbing they could do countless times others were limited to one or two times due to the popularity of the climbing activity. It is very safe and very clean. I look forward to taking them back on next visit to Chicago. P. S. Adults can climb too!

Kids loved it!
Bought a 2-hr pass and the kids (small group of 7- and 8-year-olds) used up every second. It was a great way for them to be active and engaged. We will definitely be going back. Note: they sell food and beverages but they don't have a water fountain...I'd suggest bringing your own water bottles as the kids work up a thirst!

Great place to climb
This was a fun and clean place to climb different structurs. The pricing is by time and your tag lists your climbing time ($18 for 90 mins). Climbs include all structures on the yellow mat and 1 go on the ropes course. More time on ropes course cost $5/person. The staff is there to hook you and unhook you from which is great but sometimes the staff were too busy chatting with each other and you had to call them over for each structure. They seemed a little understaffed for the day we went but overall it was a great way to spend a couple of hours. The play structure is another fee and not included so make sure your kids know before hand so they aren't disappointed. The free fall and drop slide are not open yet but are an additional $3 per ride. I would recommend it, however I could see it being a disappointment if it is especially busy.
