Working Grist Mill

We were given the grand tour, saw all of the detail as to how the mill worked, actually operated the mill, and ground corn. Great staff!

Historical Beauty
What a lovely stop to take in the beauty of the area, and to learn the history of this incredible building. The workings of this grist mill are amazing, and to see how people got their flour many years ago was fascinating. Even if you don't care for history, this structure is lovely, and worth the visit.

Lovely place to walk
I've not been inside the mill, but it's neat to see it from the outside and there's a lovely walking trail that has informational signs that runs along a river. Be aware that bow-hunting deer is allowed in November/early December. Both times we've visited we've seen lovely sunsets!
