Fun with food
Great shop with every gadget a cook could want. I have taken about a half dozen classes here. The classes, both demo and hands on, are informative and fun. I am an experienced cook, but I come away learning one new technique or piece of information about food or cooking each time. My reason for not a five star review is that the chefs tend to be cliquey with "the regulars", to the point of ignoring others. In the class.
