Feather Hills Vineyard & Winery began its roots in 1988 when their first vines were planted. Over two decades later the grapes are still flourishing. Feather Hills is located on one of southern Illinois' highest ridge tops, deep in the heart of the Shawnee Hills A.V.A. After years of practice and experimentation in wine making, Feather Hills began releasing wines to the the public in 2001 as Orlandini Vineyard. The property changed hands to the Feathers in 2017 and changed names in 2018. The same values and wines continue with novices and connoisseurs enjoying our hand tended vintages.

So gorgeous. My fav!!
So I stopped here on my way home. It was not in the plan....just driving by so I stopped. The grounds were the most gorgeous so far. So so peaceful. I felt just a surge of overwhelming happiness sitting here. It was peaceful, gorgeous and had a DELISH rose'. The woman there...maybe an owner....was lovely. This was my fav of all the wineries. Closed on Tuesday so plan ahead!! Amd yry the rose'...its award winning.

Fine winery to visit
Very pleasant outdoor seating. Great way to end a day. The lady working was very friendly and flights were creative and they had fun flights. We ended up purchasing multiple bottles because the flights were so good and we appreciated the free glasses.
