Awesome for children of all ages!
This museum is simply awesome. It has activities, play rooms, and events for infants, toddlers, and kids. My toddler especially LOVED the SplashZone (bring a change of clothes like they suggest, seriously!) and the Young Explorers areas (for children under two). But she enjoyed the whole museum and would have kept us there for many more hours if her naptime hadn't intervened. We will definitely be going back; we converted our admission into a family membership before we left the building. And even though it's geared at kids, we had a blast too! The cafe was delicious, healthy, and reasonably priced AND offered food our toddler actually ate. The family bathrooms are really well designed and, for nursing moms, there's also a comfy, private nursing room! This is a wonderful community resource.

Museum is so interactive and hands on!
I love this museum - it's designed so well for a range of ages. We were there for 2 hours and could have spent more time there too. The kids loved it - it's so hands on and each section has something fun to offer. We will certainly be back!

Great place for an afternoon
We are yearly members at the dupage children’s museum. The museum is worth a trip if you live in the area. We love that the museum is clean and well organized. Most activities are geared towards kids 18 months up to 7 or 8 years old. The only downside is that there isn’t a ton to do here. If you are visiting I would plan to spend a few hours, not the entire day.
