Wasn't lucky but got a lot of work done nice hotel

Brett is Amazing!!
My review is about the service I receive when I stay. Since, Brett, the night manager, has come on board my stays have been so much more enjoyable. To be greeted by such a warm smile and personality, makes me want to return. The rooms are nice too, but the service he provides is superb. I had a stay where I left my ring in the room at check-out. Brett personally took me up to retrieve it. With such an honest staff, it had not been touched. It was where I left it. When I call I hope he is the one to answer the phone. His positive demeanor radiates thru the phone. If you are having a crappy day, he is sure to make you smile. I did not rank this a perfect 5 because all staff does not provide the same level of service as he does. In particular, the daytime lady supervisor. Hopefully, some of his traits will rub off and training will continue to make the service here a perfect score. Thanks again Brett for all you do!

Decent casino and hotel
Room was a little dirty, like dirt behind the toilet, and the pube on the towel was a nice touch. The shower also had next to no water pressure. BUT it's not as terrible as some people have said. We got an arch view room and it was an amazing view. I liked how the hotel and casino are gated with security officers driving around, and to get into the hotel at night you must scan your room key to go through the doors, and there is a security guard by the elevators, and you have to scan your room key in the elevator to go up. Very secure and makes sure only hotel guests can enter the hotel. Felt safe. The casino is not attached and you have to walk outside to get to it, but it's literally steps away. The casino is small but nice and non-smoking which is great. Has a couple nice bars. There were a few homeless people in the parking lot, but didn't see them bothering people. One was looking for cigarettes in the trash and on the ground, but didn't bother anyone, which is probably how they didn't get noticed and kicked out by security. But mostly it seemed safe in general and there were lots of tourists.
