Quaint town with a distinct European feel
We have been in St Charles twice in the past month (Scarecrow fest and today) both time really enjoyed the little down feel. Very warm and friendly people and nice for a stroll. Kids enjoy Lincoln Park.

A few more empty store fronts than last time due to Covid
This is a great town situated along the Fox River. Sad to return to see less shops open post-pandemic, but hopefully it will rebound with time. Great trails for biking or walking.
