convenient location, good variety of stores including 4 restaurants
I'm surprised that there are so many restaurants in the area: four in this shopping center (Subway, American Bagel, Lai Thai, and Tava [Indian food]) and one more across the street ("Kappy's") along with a "Burger King" & Dunkin' Donuts diagonally across the street--representing a good selection of food! The center is conveniently located at the northeast corner of Dempster & Harlem (with access from both streets), is well-maintained, and has a diverse selection of businesses.
