Great theater, better control during each movie is needed.
My experience at the theater overall today was good. It's National Cinema Day and my wife and I saw several movies today. The movie, Elvis,was cancelled after we bought tickets. The manager went above and beyond to make our experience a pleasant one and helped us find an alternate movie. We were very pleased with management's resolution. Everything about the theater is very pleasant, The restrooms are clean, spacious but lacked soap around 6:30 pm. The movie theater experience was pleasant except for the 5 kids that kept talking and exciting and re-entering the theater, many tunes, while the movie was on which ruined our last movie. I still would recommend this theater as one of the most pleasant in our nation, but cannot rate it 5 stars.

I go to the early showings to avoid the crowd.
When I choose to go to the Marcus Theater, most of the time I will go to the first or second showing to avoid the crowd. During this time, the atmosphere is nice and calming, and the theater is nice and clean. The last time I was there with my family, we went to see Aquaman. I stopped frequenting Marcus as much due to they don't have good perks, especially on $5 Tuesday like the other surrounding competition movie companies. When I compared the movie running times to their competitors, Marcus running time was over an hour longer than Emagine running time! With a discrepancy that huge, I decided I would go to Marcus and the early shows were all we could get anyway and it was packed, too. However, it was worth the early rise. So while we were leaving, the lobby was packed with many people of all age groups and nationalities. I have not been back since, although I do check their movie lineup every now and then. P.s. their movie app really Sucks! It crashes each and every time I use it!
