Reasonable prices, very good concessions, comfortable seating & great staff
We decided on Cinema 12 in Carpentersville which is on the west side of Route 25. There is a lot of parking. The staff was very helpful. I had a birthday e-mail from the Classic Cinema e-mail club, so we went with my 4 year old granddaughter to see "Dora & the Lost City of Gold". With 12 auditoriums, there is usually a really good selection of movies. We were in auditorium which had very comfortable reclining seats. The theatre, including the restrooms, is very clean and well-maintained. The movie was pretty good, especially, if you have listed to Dora the Explorer over the years. Hey, even with the reclining seats, I never fell asleep!

Perfect theatre and reasonably priced
We came back to Cinema 12 because the time of the movie was perfect for what we were looking for. Cinema 12 is a Classic Cinema, so it is quite reasonably priced. The auditorium where the movie was playing was small, but the seats being that they were the power reclining type were very comfortable. Dare I say it, almost too comfortable! We saw "A Simple Favor", a suspense/thriller film which was much better than I thought it would be. For reasonably priced entertainment, Cinema 12 is a good place to go. The restrooms were clean and well-maintained.
