Decent course for the area
Golfed 9 here on 5/23 with 2 co-workers. The course is a bit pricey, 37$ to ride 9 holes. We had to stay on the cart path due to all the rain. Overall layout of the front 9 is ok. Very wide open, not many trees or obstacles. No cart girl which was irritating. Golf shop employees were very friendly as was the marshall, thats a big plus. Greens were in pretty good shape. I'd golf here again provided we could hop off the cart path.

Nice golf course, but pricey
This was my first time playing Chevy Chase. It's a really nice course - challenging, but not too tough. We played on the weekend, so the price was a bit high. I really wish they'd let you walk, but I understand that slows things down. But when we played it was really wet, so the carts were limited to the paths. I really hate that - I'm doing more walking back and forth this way, having to guess which clubs I need, if I hit the ball on the other side of the fairway. The clubhouse was nice, as were the riding carts - good GPS and a phone charger in them. I'd like to play here again, but not when it's cartpath only.
