Always have to visit, first stop 'Furry Babies', wish we had one of these in England. Then on to lids with a shopping list from my son. Always something interesting to see and a lovely place to shop. L

Time Warp mall with cool period architecture
This mall is a good place to visit to sample an intact and operating 1980s style mall. It has Macys and JC Penney as full size department stores, and a large range on smaller shops over 2 levels. The mall is very clean but feels like it is stuck in a time warp. It was pretty empty, I understand that there have been a number of shootings there over the past few years, which might detract people from visiting it. We got some good discounts at Macys (where interesting {as Australians} the cashier asked us if we spoke English in Australia...) Not a must see place at any level, but a good intact example of an indoor mall as used to be so popular in USA. Worth a visit just for the typical architecture. Pay particular attention to the spectacular architecture around the internal entrance to Macys.
