Nice, but usually crowded
Cheney pool is part of the Lockport Township Park District, and as such is part of their summer pool pass promotion. The drawback is that with two outdoor pools and one part time indoor pool, there is usually a crowd there. The pool is always well maintained and they have "Adult Swim" times so Mom & Dad can have some pool time without getting splashed by the Kiddies. I do wish they could bring back the staffed snack bars though. Currently they only have vending machines for snacks.

Terrible
Me and my daughter came to swim one day, so we googled the hours of operation and it said 11-5 p.m, so we get there at 1 all of a sudden it was 2 p.m and they stated they were closing for a half hour and they would reopen at 2:30, now we only been there for 1 hour, paid $9.00 to get in and they stated that if we waited the half hour we would have to pay again, when we got there at 1 she should have told us they were closing at 2, then we would have a choice to pay $9.00 for 1 hour, BOTTOM LINE IS WE WOULD HAVE NEVER WENT, WHAT A RIP OFF, NEVER AGAIN ??✌
