    very clean and friendly place
very clean pool, obviously on busy weekend days it is full here but if you can come on any other day of the week you will feel like in the resort. Kids are running around, lot of staff members and always empty chair for you. Staff are very friendly.

    Summer Fun in the sun!!
I have been going to the Centennial Pool for years, when my children were in middle and high school and now as a retired senior citizen. I have seen my upgraded changes over the years and have been pleased with most of these changes. My one son worked there during the summer in high school and college as a cashier and it is well managed. The pool is well maintained and clean and they check the chlorine frequently to make sure it is at its proper safety level. The life guards are very well trained and with frequent "on the training sessions" to keep the high level of the safety in watching all the swimmers in the pool.. They really care for the people who come there and safety and security are their main goal. They are very professional in handing children and situations that arises. The supervisors are excellent in defusing any problems and situations. There is a medical section in case of any emergencies that arises. They to maintain the swimsuit decorum and usage of floating vest for younger swimmers. They do watch over the entire pool areas to make sure there is safety among children and adults. They do put more responsibility on parents to be with their children in the pool which I think is a good idea. If you are a member, it helps to insure of getting in earlier on the weekends and to be in a separate line area than those who are just getting in as a per day pay. The lockers look very clean and looked after. There are plenty of lounge chairs. Plus umbrellas in the grassy areas for those who enjoy lying on the grass The music can be a bit loud and annoying at times and wished they lower it so you can hear people better. Kids do jump off the sides of the pools and in front of people so it can be a little frustrating when they do that right in front of you. You just have to speak up and let them know that it is not nice to do that. They have areas for eating and places to put your lunch chest if you are planning to stay the day. There is enough room to have group parties if scheduled in advance. On a very hot day, it can get very crowded so you would need to come when it first opens or come after 5 when most leave to go home for the day. There are areas for everyone to enjoy: lazy river rafting, volleyball court, deep swimming lanes, water slides, etc. The main pool area is great as one can walk in or use the water ladder to get out. They even have chair lifts for those who have disabilities. This is a great place to have your child learn how to swim with swimming lessons available for all ages.. Centennial Water Park takes pride in their pool and it shows.
