Wonderful place, Why didn’t we visit sooner!
Wow, I was blown away with this place and we didn’t get to see it all. My husband is a veteran and it really brought back memories for him, especially seeing the same type of tank he used in Operation Desert Storm. The museum was really cool and we will be back to look at everything again. The grounds were immaculate and I can’t believe it was a free, with a small fee for parking, unless you are a veteran/in the military, then it’s free. Highly, highly recommend this for every age, if you’re thinking of going, just go, you won’t be disappointed.

Very Informative! Beautiful Park!
This park has a little something for everyone. Tank Park is a great introduction to the machines that assisted our troops. Tanks can be climbed on. The two major exhibit areas inside will provide you with all sorts of info with regard to the First Infantry Divisions role in WWI, WWII and Vietnam. The exhibits are excellent! Plan on 1-2 hours. Free. Gift shop at Visitors Center. Flower Gardens in the park too.
