That so many historical homes are displayed here. Large homes that are uniquely painted. Styles dating back to the 1800's. Absolutley mesmerizing!

Love this neighborhood and the great architecture
The wonderful houses in this neighborhood make it wonderful to walk or drive through. Take time to get to know all of the amazing landmarks.

Unique, historic homes in the heart of the Quad Cities
The neighborhood is comprised of a few hundred houses built from the 1850s through 1900s (and a few new ones intermixed). Throughout the year, there are many different events that happen to learn about the area and history of the homes and former residents. Tours of homes and of the neighborhood can be taken on your own or with a guide at certain times of the year. Most events are under $20 with the exception of the wine walk which is held in August. The wine walk gave a guided tour of 5 homes, dinner and drinks for $35/person.
