Uncomfortable!
Since I had a Fandango gift card, I bought my tix online. Even though the theater probably had less than 15 people, we were advised to stay in the selected seats. My seat would not recline thus making it uncomfortable to sit. There was a service dog behind us that whined throughout the movie. Although, I am all for service dogs, I did not care for the noisy dog. And, I know Fandango charges a service fee, but I didn't know if I could use my code at the ticket office or not, so I reserved our seats in advance. I know I could have moved to a nearby seat but my friend and I were sharing popcorn so that would not have worked. Her seat reclined but mine, did not.

Too much
The theater in the Glen is always changing and its getting more annoying at this point. This new place, Archlight is one of those fancy "select a seat" deals. You buy your tickets from a computer so what is the point of even having employees anymore? They serve alcohol but too many times has my movie been interrupted because someone wants to get another cosmo and have to pass by me. The facility and theater are all clean and new but its brought the price of tickets up. I'd much rather go to the Buffalo Grove Theater and see a movie for $6 than $17.

$13.25 for an adult admission
There are entrances from the street and from covered free parking in the back. The non-reclining seats are okay, and and sound and sight lines are good. There are many dining and snack options within walking distance in the Glen. $13.25 for an adult admission.
