Love,love , love the candy but I won’t be back to the store.
I have been going to Anderson’s Candy for about 60 years. They have the very best candy made. I live far away so when I need an Andersen’s fix I order online. My sister and I happened to stopped at the store yesterday. We were a little concerned because of the Covid 19 virus but they seem to have that handled well. The issue was the person waiting on us. She was rather rude and very cranky. She wasn’t the least bit welcoming, answered questions with minimal effort and just gave us the impression she wanted us gone. So we bought our candy and left. We were disappointed that we couldn’t look around this beautiful shop with what I assume are darling items. I’m sure I’ll order candy online sometime but I will not make the effort to visit the store again. And that’s too bad!

Best Homemade Candy Ever!
Boy do I miss this place! Have been visiting for MANY years, as my Grandmother used to buy bulk chocolate for her own dipping hobby in the 1950's and 1960's. I have since moved to Florida, and there is nothing even close here. The store has enlarged over the years, expanding into a quaint candy and gift shop. The best, however, is behind the glass counters, a wonderful selection of homemade candy bars and dipped chocolates. Anything here tastes great!
