Please stay away from the this company. The first time I ordered a cab from this company there was no problem. I ordered another one for tomorrow morning. I called the company in person to make the reservation. The man told me a price. I asked him three times the price again to midway airport. he quoted me $44.00. I agreed on the price. 5 minutes later he sent me a text, telling me a surcharge of $10 was goint to be added for fuel. He already told me on the phone I was paying a $5.00 surcharge for fuel. With the text the price would be $54.00. When I tried to first order it on line, the on line quote said they could not quote me, it would be up to the driver what to charge me!!!. I was furious is why I called instead. What a scam to lie to me on the phone one price and I agreed and send me a text of $10.00 more. Most people would just pay it. I will never order from your company again.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!
Pre-oredered a taxi for pick up at O'Hare. After getting bags we let them know we were ready. 10 minutes later the ap showed driver hadn't moved, so I called. 25 minutes and 2 calls later he told me "someone" would pick us up. I will NEVER use American Taxi again. No dispatch to call, no way to order another taxi. This is why Uber is putting Taxis out of business!!
