We came into town for a wedding and shopped in the wonderful stained glass shop. We were able to learn a great deal while watching artists create windows, beads, you name it. The owner, Lynn, is exceptionally accommodating and informative. Fantastic and beautiful surroundings! She also has the upstairs as a B&B which is filled with stained glass and antiques. Certainly top on the list of things to do and places to stay!

best place to stay in Alton hands down
This is thee best place to stay in Alton and in the top 10 places for the affordable price I have stayed period. Great spot. Attention to detail is fantastic. Rooms are amazing. clean, comfy, and all the amenities one would need. Great courtyard/garden to relax in. Highly recommend.

Nice shop
It is a cute little shop that also offers glass classes. I found a dream catcher there made from stained glass which is beautiful. Everything was moderately priced.
